About Indicator Advisory
A veteran financial advisor, Bob Kneisley is the author of two investment books; “The Indicator!” and “The Wall Street Casino”, (described as the world’s first entertaining financial textbook).
A native of Toledo, Ohio and a graduate of the University of Toledo, he was a Charter Member of the Toledo Chapter of the International Association of Financial Planners and a former Pension Consultant accredited by the National Institute of Pension Administrators. Bob is also a member of the Board of Executive Advisors to the Finance Department at the University of Toledo and serves on the Finance Committee at the Toledo Club. He has served as Division Manager for Northern Associates, a Cleveland-based securities underwriting firm and as an instructor teaching investment classes for the American College.
Bob has participated in numerous panel discussions and generated many newspaper and magazine articles, audiotapes, DVD’s and CD’s concerning financial matters and has been published in Financial Planning magazine, the Adviser Network and various trade publications. Mr. Kneisley is the founder of the Legacy Community Foundation.
The firm, in conjunction with the Greater Toledo Community Foundation, originated the charitable event, “Cash Crusade” in March 2020 to accept donations supporting those in need in our area during the Covid-19 crisis…and beyond.
As an avid supporter of local history, Mr. Kneisley originated the “Tour Tips” DVD charitable program to introduce visitors to the historic significance of the Toledo region. He also personally sponsors the “Celebrating the Toledo Region” Facebook page which advertises places to visit in the Toledo, Ohio region and the National Inventor’s Guild in support of novice inventors. Mr. Kneisley served as the co-chair of the 2003 Ohio Bicentennial Flotilla. His craft proudly led the Brig Niagra and other vessels into the Toledo Harbor (a memorable day for all of Toledo!). Bob currently also serves as the Membership Chair of the local chapter of the Vintage Car Club of America.

Bob’s first book titled, “The Indicator!”, is a social-economic study of America’s annual progress concerning industry, price inflation, interest rates and the impact they all had on the stock market. The yearly portrayal went all the way back to the Banking Act of 1933!
Bob's second book publication is entitled “The Wall Street Casino" and was applauded by many as “the first entertaining financial textbook!”. The book includes revealing statistics provided by the late, John Bogle, founder of the Vanguard Group, currently valued at over $5 trillion.

Kris Hawk, President
President, Kristene Hawk earned her BBA in Marketing at the University of Toledo, as well as a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Cleveland State University with a specialty in diversity management. She is certified as a “Prosci” Change Management practitioner and has supported key projects including workplace transformation, culture change, mergers/acquisitions and employee engagement. Kris has successfully worked in leadership positions in healthcare, insurance and utilities. She provides perspective as both a client and a contributor committed to advancing Indicator Advisory client wealth-building goals.
Katherine Zolciak, Associate
Associate, Katherine Zolciak, earned her BBA at the University of Toledo, double majoring in Finance and Marketing with a minor in Sustainable Studies. While in school, Katherine worked to become experienced in the real estate investment industry. Her analytical skills brought her great success in locating investment properties in the Toledo, Ohio area.
